Roles & Responsibilities For Data Analyst Role
- Monitors performance and enforces standards to ensure coding audit production is consistent,falling within high quality levels and responsive to stringent turnaround times.
- Provide mentorship to junior coding teams, guiding them in best practices and providing friendly direction on performance gaps, drive a process of improvement and skill growth.
- Leads through handling of content lookups and postings, overseeing coding priorities (content) and conducting outbound data control/distinct studies for project specific code lists.
- Frequently communicates with manager for direction and to maximize work efforts.
- Uses predefined reporting and dashboard tools to participate in assigned reports, create charts, research and write tight qualitative insights.
Skills Required For Data Analyst Role
- Genuinely good at SQL, especially querying and manipulating large amounts of structured data.
- Proficient in the use of Excel for data analysis, reporting and task automation
- Experience with data visualization tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- able to comprehend how performance is measured for marketing, public relations, and media
- Good appreciation of statistics and how to see data
- Understand structured and unstructured big data.
- Strong experience in data cleaning, validation and quality assurance
